JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking a Marketing Communication Manager to develop and implement marketing programs and initiatives for the company. These include national account customer programs, marketing initiatives and corporate events. Responsibilities include working directly with Account and Marketing Managers to manage, create, design and execute the corporate strategy and messaging for campaigns, initiatives and corporate and customer materials; ensuring established brand and design standards are followed while working collaboratively with agencies, freelancers, photographers, printers and other outside resources for the execution of marketing projects, including brochures, direct mailers, email campaigns, posters, videos, presentations, catalogs, etc.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

*Bachelor's Degree *4+ years' Marketing and Project Management experience *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Valid driver's license

Preferred

*Design experience helpful *Proficiency in relevant computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred *Expected travel 10%
