Title: Director of Product Marketing, Sell-side Proposition

Position Summary
InMobi has been operating very closely with our app developer and publisher partners and helping them grow their business primarily through our monetization offering. Our philosophy always has been that we grow together with our partners, as one would in a community setup. And we are extending this philosophy to redefine our sell-side proposition to solve for the future of business for the mobile ecosystem – redefining monetization and going beyond monetization.
This role reports into Vice President, Product Marketing.
The Impact You’ll Make
Develop market positioning, materials, processes, and products that differentiate InMobi products and services in the marketplace (sales enablement tools, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, videos, points of views, and thought leadership).
Bridge Sales, BD, Marketing ,cross-platform Product Management and Product Marketing teams to drive a consistent and compelling product message to market in order to effectively promote and facilitate the sale of InMobi products.
Coordinate closely with the sales training team to better prepare sellers for client meetings and at industry events.
Incubate alphas and betas from launch to future scale for large customers and/or sales support teams
Be the liaison between teams to close the gap that exists between client feedback and InMobi in order to adapt to that feedback as an organization to improve our products and market responsiveness.
Work cross-functionally to establish KPIs for measuring product success, experimental results, and evaluate product success in market and communicate progress/status updates to key stakeholders
Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans to respond to changing markets and competitive conditions.
Be the expert on our customers through cross-functional collaboration and market research. Define and determine customer needs, experience and expectations.
Understand and refine our positioning through competitive analysis, including win/loss assessment.
Collaborate with the marketing teams including field marketing, design and digital marketing to build comprehensive plans for content, research, demand generation, PR, brand design and product education, across all major markets.
The Experience You'll Need
8-10 years of relevant functional experience
Experience in product marketing, business strategy or product strategy, ideally in a SaaS environment
Exceptional communication skills, oral and written
Strong narrative making and content writing skills
Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones, and in a team and/or matrix environment
Ability to influence key stakeholders across regions

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. We determine compensation based on a wide variety of factors including role, nature of experience, skills and location.
The base (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $153,558 USD to $243,133 USD (Min and Max of Base Pay range). This salary range is in applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus / sales incentive, as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.
*Our ranges may vary basis final location / region / or fully remote roles in accordance to the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units. We believe that our employees/personnel should have the ability to own a part of the entity they are a part of. Therefore, the entity employing you may elect to provide such stocks to you. Ownership of stock aids us to treat our employer company as our own and base our decisions on such a company’s best interest at heart. To encourage a spirit of shared ownership, we grant InMobians relevant company stock(s). As you contribute to the growth of your company, certain stocks may be issued to you in recognition of your contribution.
