Responsibilities
You will recommend and develop innovative marketing strategies designed to increase market awareness and drive leads (small business employers) to our direct sales team. You will collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners to deliver multi-channel consumer acquisition strategies across paid search primarily but also email, social, and direct mail. To elevate impact you will need a passion for measurement, reporting, and making data-driven decisions. Similarly, this role requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment, will tolerate ambiguity, and will demonstrate problem-solving. You will need to have strong relationship management and organizational skills, demonstrate initiative as well as follow-through. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and Direct sales to lead a broad range of sales marketing programs
Plan, oversee and lead ongoing as well as special marketing initiatives supporting Direct sales
Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical performance and market data
Analyze, improve, and/or pivot previously delivered marketing through automation or new ideas
Recommend new ways of leveraging marketing technology to drive efficiency and results - especially via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
Develop executive level report outs to communicate Direct marketing performance to key leaders
Assist with reporting and communicating performance results to internal business partners
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
3 years of relevant professional experience
Health insurance experience
Experience with performance measurement / analytics
Preferred qualifications
1 years of experience leading marketing campaigns and/or using marketing tools
Deep-sense and curiosity of marketing, technology, health insurance, and analytics
Track record of working independently to drive projects to completion in a matrixed environment
Experience with marketing automation platforms; certifications a plus
Knowledge of and experience in deploying digital products in an agile framework
