JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst II. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and provide recommendations to support supply chain improvements and decision making; leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to support and deliver projects related to key initiatives; the ability to identify a problem then independently find and implement a solution without a structured learning environment; developing reporting and dashboards to answer business questions and monitor KPIs; supporting internal customers and business leaders with any additional data requests; making suggestions to leaders on processes to improve results; assisting in problem resolution; involvement in change management for process improvement.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet *Strong analytic skills with experience creating large data sets, spreadsheets and doing independent analysis *Experience in Supply Chain *Bachelor's Degree, preferrably in Marketing, Quantitative Analysis or related field
Preferred
*3+ years experience in data analysis *Experience in Marketing, Market Research or Database Marketing *Proficiency in data analysis and data quality software including Business Objects and Data Flux *Ability to query/join/transform data in a relational database, interpret the data, analyze results and provide analysis in an actionable form
