As a company focused on the health and well-being of the people we serve, Humana starts from within, and is committed to providing progressive benefits that advance the employment experience and vitality of the associate community. Through offerings anchored in a whole-person view of human well-being, Humana embraces a focus on stimulating positive individual and population changes while nurturing a sense of security, enabling people to live life fully and be their most productive.
Partners in Primary Care and Family Physicians Group (collectively the Care Delivery Organization) is one of the largest and fastest-growing value-based, senior-focused primary care platforms in the country. Operating as a payer-agnostic, wholly owned subsidiary of Humana, Inc., the Care Delivery Organization has more than doubled its footprint in the last two years. Following the creation of a $600M joint venture with Welsh, Carson, Anderson, and Stowe, a leading health care private equity firm, in February 2020, the Care Delivery Organization is on-pace to double again in the next few years.
Against that backdrop, we are seeking a talented marketing leader for the newly-created position of Director, Care Delivery Marketing. The Director will oversee the development, sell-in and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and programs for Humana's Care Delivery Organization (CDO) supporting Partners in Primary Care. These efforts will drive patient growth and retention objectives by conveying the CDO value proposition to prospective patients, current patients, and agents through multi-channel campaigns and a variety of collateral and sales enablement tools and material.
The Director works on problems of diverse scope and complexity, and will be required to toggle between national and local needs. He/she will need to marry these needs and drive creation of a suite of solutions that can be configured to help with scalability and speed to market. This will involve working closely with Partners in Primary Care Regional Presidents and Sales Leaders, providing trusted counsel on content strategy and marketing direction, target audience development, and brand positioning for our senior-focused Primary Care Centers to grow, retain, and engage their patient base.
The Director, Care Delivery Marketing position will report to the Associate Vice President of Marketing in the CDO and will serve as one of the key leaders on the CDO marketing team. This position will require as much as 25% travel (post-COVID). While Louisville, KY is the preferred location, we are happy to consider other major cities for strong candidates. Relocation assistance to Louisville will be provided.
