Frontier is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can apply their digital experience towards successfully executing marketing strategies on frontier.com that drive improvements in conversions and customer experience. This tech-savvy, analytical, creative and well-organized person must have the ability to lead initiatives, cross-functionally, and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility will be to define, implement, analyze and optimize residential and SMB prospect digital marketing landing pages, as well as, manage the development and implementation of Customer Retention and Content landing pages. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be the cross-functional SPOC for all landing page development questions across the marketing organization and, as the marketing liaison, funnels assets and information into the IT LP Production team. The Manager should have a knack for analytics and understand landing page optimization and personalization and the ability to ensure all digital work ladders up to the, overall, marketing strategy. This individual will be the go-to expert for all marketing LP requests, as well as, marketing initiatives on frontier.com and will attend calls with senior leadership regarding LP and digital marketing performance.Job RequirementsDevelop briefs with concise detail on new campaigns requiring a digital marketing LP or marketing initiative on frontier.com.Communicate LP requirements to internal and external partners, including creative requirements, milestone dates, budget, URL, and reporting needs. Must ensure launch is on time and on budget.Work the end-to-end creative process, including copy development and approvals, legal, brand and product approvals, in addition to Sr. Leadership buy-in to the LP or Site schematics and flow. Ensure that the LPs maintain the spirit and brand voice of the campaign across digital and offline tactics.Analyze LP results and recommend actions to improve performance and optimize future activity. Understand the “why” behind prospect/customer LP actions and optimize to drive the customer/future customer toward the cart with higher frequency. (Including upsell in the cart.)Maintain separate Awareness, Consideration, and Decision customer journey paths and analyze the page flows to provide relevant information for that customer’s mindset and optimize pages accordingly.Generate and analyze A|B and multi-variant testing strategies.Develop personalization strategy to drive LP efficiency and improved performance for individual creative and offer campaigns as well as movers, gamers, and remarketing efforts, and other niche campaigns.Maintain LP dashboards and/or scorecards to quickly assess performance and provide readouts to Sr. Management.Lead remarketing strategy and creative development for prospects informed by Marketing LP analytics.Work cross functionally with Retention and Content teams to gather requirements for LP projects and any other frontier.com marketing initiatives. Act as SPOC and liaison to the IT LP Production Team for all marketing org LP projects.
