The candidate for Senior Manager, Partner Portal will have a proven track record in program execution with strong organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively across sales, marketing, technical - as well as across geographies and experience working with and/or in a global field sales/marketing role.
What You Will Be Doing
Work with the extended team to execute on the defined strategy for the Partner Portal experience.
Collaborate closely with Business units and Product Marketing to evaluate content, and determine the optimal assets to drive a Partner’s ability to position, market and sell Pure Solutions.
Understand the Pure Partner journey from on-boarding to pre-sales to post-sales and identify the requirements for partner success with the Portal as a hub for these requirements
Serve as a trusted partner marketing advisor working with all Geo’s to understand their specific needs and requirements
Define and analyze metrics, objectives, key results and productivity gains that inform the success of the Partner Portal.
Create and identify key marketing strategies that not only drive interest and capture new partners, but sustain partner interaction with the Portal
Confidently present to marketing leadership, cross functional leadership and product leadership teams
Understand industry, organization and functional partner perceptions and communication needs with a focus on delivering what partners need
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
7-10 years of experience in an enterprise marketing role, preferably within the tech industry and preferably with partner enablement/readiness experience
Ability to assess, plan, and organize many activities at once
Experience with analyzing and drawing conclusions from a broad set of data and turning those conclusions into actionable recommendations.
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
Excellent time management and communication skills.
High energy and passion with a “can do” attitude
Executes with urgency
Bachelor's degree
