The Who, What, Why and Where
The Demand Generation team at Twilio is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help run initiatives across digital ad platforms. You will be responsible for the day to day management of our Paid Media Campaigns, focusing on Paid Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), while assisting and growing additional channels. By growing and stimulating our top and bottom funnel and building out new campaigns and programs on behalf of marketing stakeholders, you will directly contribute to our company’s growth goals.
The right candidate for this role is a proven marketing strategist who possesses a start-up mentality, is highly analytical and results-driven, and can quickly uncover new opportunities to optimize and build, takes ownership of key tools, and aligns and organizes with cross-functional teams toward one mission. Who?
You have at least 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in hands-on advertising and marketing campaign management, ideally with some B2B experience
Experience managing Paid Social campaigns across the major ad platforms, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and testing into detailed audience segmentation
Ability to manage large budgets to positive ROI goals
Strong analytical skills and proven experience measuring effectiveness of marketing programs to drive leads and sales, with proficiency in Google Analytics and Salesforce
You are intellectually curious, with an appetite to test new approaches, innovate and continually improve campaign performance
You have excellent organizational skills and can multitask across teams, projects and priorities
You enjoy tackling projects and simplifying systems for scale and agility. You are encouraged to act as an owner, and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
You want to work in a fast moving rocketship, own and design programs, have goals and responsibilities that are critical to Marketing team goals

BE AN OWNER: Take the lead with Twilio digital ad campaigns. Create, execute and support a multi-channel advertising strategy that drives towards achieving team goals
DRAW THE OWL: Plan, launch and optimize Paid Social and Banner Awareness campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter in addition to other ad servers and systems
Own and drive digital engagement and scale while increasing efficiency
