In this role, you will lead the launch of liso-cel in d hronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). You will be acountable for strategy and full implementation of the worldwide launch of liso-cell. You will also support defining an early line strategy in second-line CLL in major markets and specific geographies where CLL treatment is relevant. You will be a core member/lead of the Worldwide Brand Team for the CLL program
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and fully implement the launch of liso-cel in third-line CLL indication through leadership and execution of live brand team/launch meetings (2-4 times per year)/country visits/ virtual meetings that facilitate best practice sharing, strategy updates, and launch of key global initiatives.
Own execution of critical global strategic planning elements, including defining market opportunities, developing materials for training of field facing functions and conduct TTT for CLL
Effective navigation in a matrix organization across functions and collaborate with key geographic partners to apply strategic insights into avenues for execution
Execute multi-channel marketing strategy - gathering and integrating country market insights and applying them in the market via external agencies for execution, as needed.
Own CLL competitive intelligence and benchmarking activities and key owned and earned media recommendations, and leading relevant application development.
Actively promote and incorporate innovative, best-in-class digital/online assets provided by franchise teams to drive ww liso-cel adoption in support of the CLL program.
Drive execution of global to local tactical plan including website, communicating, and maintaining consistent global strategy while meeting complex and diverse local regulations.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
BA/BS required
5 years industry experience with 5 years of marketing/equivalent experience
High-level strategic thinking with the ability to concisely translate complex scientific topics to a wide range of audiences.
Experience in operationalizing a strategic direction at the affiliate level
Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution
Preferred experience/understanding of hematology therapeutic area and impacting treatment trends within the space
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
MBA/graduate degree preferred.
Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility within sales and/or marketing with affiliates experience
