Job Summary

The Manager, Social and Seasonal Acquisition IMC will be part of the Acquisition IMC team. They will be responsible for leading the development and execution of acquisition advertising campaigns for Xfinity residential services (Xfinity TV, Internet, Streaming and Mobile), primarily targeted to non-Xfinity customers. This role also leads strategic and creative excellence of social media tactics across Acquisition campaigns. Reporting to the Director, Seasonal Acquisition IMC, this position oversees the creative integration of multi-tactic campaigns that deliver on the demand generation strategy and support business goals – including, but not limited to social, TV, digital display, online video, print, and radio. Candidate must be a strategic marketing communications leader who can oversee the smooth creation of high-performing and on-brand creative, and consistent campaign integration across all integrated marketing tactics. Must possess strong accountability and resolution, extreme attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, flexibility to react to market changes, problem solve and collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders, thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, and have a passion for mentorship and developing talent. Agency experience is a plus.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Reports to the Director, Seasonal Acquisition IMC, overseeing development and execution of dedicated social media acquisition campaigns and end-to-end acquisition marketing campaigns across TV, digital display, online video, print, radio and social tactics

Serves as subject matter expert to the Acquisition team on top-performing social practices, including creative best practices, KPIs, platform innovations, etc.

Exercises strong understanding of product messaging guidelines and implements into all creative touchpoints

Work with agency partner(s) to oversee flawless creative that’s well done and on strategy, and facilitate executional excellence of all creative for on time delivery

Strong collaboration and partnership skills, to work with internal partners as needed, including legal, division counterparts, product teams, etc.

Work with Manager of Acquisition Performance & Optimization to be data-led, review and leverage performance learnings, build test plans, etc.

Manage and mentor the Specialist, Social and Seasonal Acquisition IMC to build and maintain a high-performing team
