Marketing Analytics is a part of Humana's Marketing Organization, supporting marketing initiatives with actionable data and insights across the full consumer lifecycle. We champion a holistic marketing measurement strategy to ensure campaign results are measured with a consistent approach throughout all touchpoints of the consumer funnel. We are seeking a talented data professional to join our team as a Senior Database Marketing Professional.
Responsibilities
The Senior Database Marketing Professional leverages a background in relational databases, business or systems analysis and quality assurance to support current and new functionality implemented on Marketing's new cloud-based Consumer Data Platform (CDP). When not interviewing stakeholders and participating in cross-functional meetings to understand and document business requirements, this role will be helping support the critical quality assurance, data modeling and system analysis efforts for CDP.
This role will be able to influence the design of data processes and technologies supporting Marketing's Communication Hub through their work on the Consumer Data Platform. Lastly, in this role, you will get exposed to a large breadth of data topics that get pulled into CDP, and interact with that data using tools like SQL Server Management Studio, PL SQL, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related field
Data mining and/or troubleshooting experience
5 years of relational database, quality assurance, testing and/or business systems/analysis experience
Proficiency using SQL, Excel and Access.
Ability to develop and execute a testing strategy as well as author test cases, use cases and gather business requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Ability to lead projects
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Prior health insurance industry experience
Additional Information
Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
