The Engagement Marketing Professional identifies how Member Engagement Marketing will develop and influence the application of member-centric strategies to accelerate business goal achievement. You will manage and oversee the end-to-end execution campaigns while cultivating strong relationships with clients and cross-functional internal resources. You will work with stakeholders to identify the objectives, goals, and needs of campaigns and be responsible for designing and delivering integrated digital and traditional campaigns from creation to completion.
Responsibilities
As an Engagement Marketing Professional, you will:
Develop and manage engagement strategies to members based on detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources to develop data driven insights into members, their behaviors, buying preferences, and patterns
Provide thoughtful leadership to drive engagement improvement that puts the needs of the member at the center of all business functions, coordinated and pervasive throughout the enterprise
Find the intersection points between the members and the plans, in order to optimize and maximize efforts that generate value for both the member and Humana
Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
Create comprehensive campaign plans (i.e., journey map, communication strategy, etc.) and frequently measure, and assess performance of marketing campaigns to drive follow-up actions to improve ROI
Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
Follows established guidelines/procedures
Able to manage multiple campaigns
Work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals
Own campaigns end-to-end - including planning campaign objectives, ROI metrics, test and learns, execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting
Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Up to 5 years progressive marketing, advertising agency, product management experience
Prior experience managing vendors/external advertising and media agencies
Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
Prior Marketing experience with Fortune 500 Company
Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
Healthcare, financial services, or insurance experiences

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
