Description
The Senior Product Marketer Develops, directs, and executes the go-to-market approach for a significant product or product category. The Senior Product Marketer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Humana Wellness Senior Product Marketer is part of our team of Member Engagement Strategists, responsible for leading data-driven marketing initiatives to deliver on key member engagement KPIs including member participation, utilization and engagement for Commercial/Employer Group Wellness products.
This team member also contributes to Wellness organization goals around NPS, acquisition and retention through development, execution and optimization. Additionally, team member owns client and internal client-facing self-service tool rapid growth including expansion of client groups with access, growth of utilization and build-out of the library of collateral and campaign materials available within the tool. Ongoing development of this tool will include leveraging insights, research and analytics to attain goals as well as the capacity to network and build trust with internal and external teams including client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Develops, directs and executes the go-to-market approach for client self-service tool, including reporting, engagement and roadmap development
Leverage data and reporting to deepen understanding of how the tool is currently being used and opportunities for expansion
Own strategic roadmap and lead complex campaigns and initiatives across several creative teams including internal and external relationships
Populating library of materials including review process and testing
Working with creative vendors on content development
Working with account and client-facing teams to develop client stakeholder onboarding and ongoing engagement processes and assets
Project management
Business lead for IT projects that impact self-service tool
Develop strong relationships with internal team members in product, partnerships, employer engagement, customer care and data teams
Seamless execution on team processes to ensure accuracy across all content, campaigns and collateral
Educating internal partners on member engagement impacts and lobbying for ongoing support using outcomes that directly tie to team and organization goals/objectives
Understanding Wellness engagement strategies and how initiatives ladder up to support
Role Essentials
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, business / related field and at least 3-5 years' work experience
Proven track record in data-driven approach to consumer marketing (members and clients)
Experience in growing consumer engagement within a segment or platform
Aptitude for adopting new technologies, system and digital platforms with ability to train key stakeholders with less aptitude/awareness
Successful experience in client-facing positions with excellent relationship management skills
Is a problem-solver; finds ways to overcome obstacles and objections with consensus-building and research to attain goal with minimal leadership guidance
Superior organizational skills; confident moving multiple projects forward on-time and on-budget
Possesses exceptional communication skills - very high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Is comfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organization
Comfortable with change and ambiguity
Positive attitude and a customer-focus; willing to help others
Role Desirables
Experience with distributed marketing platforms (Distribion or similar)
Experience educating consumers on how to build healthy behaviors and behavior change for well-being
Has interest in the health and wellness industry
Strong informal leadership skills; above to influence internal and external teams including successful interactions with clients
Demonstrates ability to produce content that reflects the holistic understanding of Humana Wellness audience and brand
Has agency experience including working understanding of how to build and execute on creative briefs
Experience working in campaign and project management systems (Salesforce, IBM, Workfront)
