WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a strategic and creative thinker who will lead Creative Planning for our Womens or Mens Brand Creative Studio.
This role works across the Creative studios, Brand Management and Consumer Direct Marketing teams, transforming seasonal briefs into Creative frameworks, solutions, tools and concrete goals that help serve Athletes*. This role is an individual contributor who is energized by the community, collaborative and can navigate the Nike matrix.
You are a high-impact, empathetic leader who is a change agent for the Creative Community and can develop plans that enable and amplify our Creativity.
Looking for a strong marketing, creative or strategic planning background and a proven track record of creating impact within your organization or function. You have a willingness to step into the undefined, find opportunities, articulate a vision and drive collaboration between teams.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead Creative Planning for the Global Womens or Mens Studio – strategically planning long term, annual and seasonal creative priorities and making decisions that align to our Brand’s vision. You will drive creative integration across the worldwide creative network and optimize creative development in order to deliver best in class work.
Additionally, this role will include piloting new projects and strategies, leading us into new spaces and dimensions by scaling existing capabilities, identifying new opportunity and exploring new technologies.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will report directly to the Sr Director of Brand Creative, Strategy & Planning, and dotted line to the VP, Creative Director (Womens or Mens). As well as the Creative team, you will work closely with Brand Management, Consumer Direct Marketing and Brand Planning teams.
