You will work closely with Business, Product, Broking, Sales Operations, and Marketing & Communications teams.You should have proven experience developing and delivering high-quality Marketing plans, be able to think analytically as well as creatively, and have excellent follow-up and execution skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collect and analyze market trends, produce high-quality value propositions and results at speed, lead multiple projects, and creatively support and enable the business.What we offer you:A total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.Essential job functions:Develop Product Marketing plan outlining Marketing objectives and opportunities, target audience, value proposition, new and existing channels, and roadmapDefine and implement our go-to-market approach activating paid, owned, earned, and shared channels in collaboration with other MarCom teams (Online Acquisition, Partnerships, CRM, Comms & Content)Work on foundational messaging and positioning, align with key senior leaders, and ensure consistency across touchpointsOwn the creation of customer-facing content, such as presentations, one-pagers, website copy, demo videos, and other assets as needed (with creative agency support)Project management and coordination of go-to-market plan with all MarCom subject areas; ensure teams are up-to-date on information and progress and find common grounds across teamsCollaborate on initiatives and work to provide teams with creative assets requiredKeep track of project results and proactively look for opportunities for improved performanceSkills and experience that will lead to success:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field5 years of Product Marketing experience, B2B tech preferredTechnical:Proficient in MS Office & Google suite of productsA strong writer that can distill complex concepts and topics and write with the customer in mindProficient with Project Management tools (e.g. Monday.com)Professional:Experience developing positioning and messaging campaigns, preferably B2B or Insurance or TechExperience driving end-to-end go-to-market planning and executionAbility to gather and reveal audience and industry insights through strong analytical skills, external customer research, and internal input to help shape Product Marketing strategyExecutive level presentation skills; able to communicate effectively and present ideas to internal and external senior leaders to establish rapport, energize and influenceExamples of Product Marketing assets you have produced Consistent track record of setting and accomplishing goals with clear targets, resources, timelines, and budgetsExperience owning metrics - be comfortable tracking and reporting out on goals, measuring performance, and identifying optimization opportunitiesAdept at and enjoy partnering cross-functionally across teams.
