The Director, WW Marketing, Ozanimod MS will play a key leadership role in maximizing the value of the Ozanimod MS global launch. This position is responsible for providing high-level leadership to drive brand growth, developing and evolving the brand campaign, message platform, key launch initiatives, material and tactics aligned with global strategy to support the launch of ozanimod in MS in multiple countries. This position will partner with country marketing leaders/teams to ensure that all material and assets provided to the countries is aligned with global strategy, developed through market insights, and is actionable across various geographies. The leader must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization, with high expectations and accountability on quality of deliverables in partnership with various functional groups to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead for WW brand campaign and message platform development, assessment and evolution

Partners with Business Insights and Analytics Team to assess launch market response to campaign, message platform, vis aid etc., identifying key areas to evolve to support in market performance and country launches

Develops and provides updated Brand Book with guidance and assets for market implementation

Develops and coordinates the branded digital strategy and plan

Leads the development of all promotional material, assets and tactics (digital and non-digital)

Collaborates with WW corporate affairs team, providing input into PR strategy, comms plan and implementation

Develops and implements all aspects of the promotional plan at key international congresses (booth, business lounge, sponsorships etc.)

Fosters/manages internal, agency and other key professional/patient relationships.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

BA/BS required; life sciences degree or equivalent desirable, MBA/graduate degree preferred. 8-10 years industry experience and minimum of 6-8 years required. Functional experience within inflammation/MS/neuroscience strongly preferred. Sales and marketing leadership, with P&L management preferred.

Individual should have proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth across marketing. competencies, BMS values and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.

Demonstrated experience in leading strategically, driving performance and fostering collaboration.

Experience in mobilizing matrix team members, regional partners, embracing teamwork and project management within a cross functional environment will be critical.

Demonstrated analytical skills, with regards to market research, competitive data collection analysis, financial analysis and crystallization of key business insights are needed.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively and efficiently drive performance are required.

Experience in ex-US markets and global launch experience highly desirable.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
