POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a key role on the North America Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activity for Brand and Product Marketing across all regional channels. This role will also be responsible for assisting with the marketing needs of key NA licensees: G-III, Peerless, and Dress Furnishings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support the development and implementation of 360 campaigns across the North America region.
Develop an understanding of E-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale business needs in order to adapt Global Marketing moments and brand priorities to meet commercial goals.
With oversight of the Senior Director, collaborate with key partners including Design, Merchandising, Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, Licensing, Global Marketing, Fashion Office, Creative, and Production.
Assist with the development of campaign shot lists, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Maintain the NA version of the Brand and Product Marketing calendar aligned with key campaign and consumption periods.
Support special projects, such as pop-up or collaborations taking place within the North America region.
Manage the briefing process for licensee marketing requests across in-store and digital, executing to completion.
Work with Project Management to ensure timely, on-budget asset delivery for all licensees and regionally produced marketing materials, including seasonal tool kits, video content, etc.
Assist with presentation development for strategic pitches and seasonal performance summaries.
Proactively stay on top of marketing, digital, and analytical trends, and understand best practices to help inform future strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
1-2 years experience in Brand Marketing, with a balance of traditional and digital marketing preferred
Education:
4-year degree, preferably in the marketing or communications field
Skills:
Experience working with a marketing team.
Excellent communication, diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
Strong presence, excellent presentation skills, and positive demeanor.
Ability to multi-task and think critically.
Ability to understand and enforce proper representation of the Calvin Klein brand aesthetic.
Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Market awareness + strong passion for the fashion industry + trends.
