Description
The Product Marketer 2 develops and directs marketing programs for a significant product or product category. Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality. The Product Marketer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Product Marketer 2 for CarePlus:
Establishes marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category's life cycle.
Plans, develops, and executes promotional campaigns that inform the organization's target market of the merits of purchasing its products and services.
Researches, writes, designs, and edits collateral that is effective and appropriate for the intended audience.
Arranges for material to be economically published and distributed. Liaises with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines, and budget.
Provides support to the organization's business partners (i.e. providers, hospitals, broker groups) in the development of marketing campaigns.
Develop PowerPoint presentations to share with leadership and marketing team and report on ROI and campaigns currently in development
Identify opportunities for campaign improvements and optimizations and develop strategies for implementation
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2 years of marketing, advertising, or agency experience
MS Office Systems proficiency
Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Requirements
Prior Health Plan experience
Prior Project Management experience
SharePoint experience
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com project management tool
Bilingual - English/Spanish
Visit provider offices around region on occasion
