Responsible for providing strategic guidance and proactive recommendations for the ongoing development of the plan.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork in partnership with the Manager, Brand Innovation to develop long and short-term brand awareness strategies for promoting Littler\u0026rsquo;s products and services, setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and ensuring plans meet Littler\u0026rsquo;s brand standards.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop marketing plans for Innovation that meet the firm\u0026rsquo;s priorities \u0026ndash; including but not limited to brand awareness campaigns for established sub-brands (LCS) or go-to-market plans for entirely new products or services.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with internal and external resources to conduct market research.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork closely with the business development team to develop plans for lead generation, including identifying opportunities and strategies for moving leads through the sales pipeline.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBe the authority on digital marketing strategy, including identifying partners, agency direction, timing, submissions, implementation, analytic assessment, ROI, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage the execution of measurable print and digital advertising campaigns designed to build awareness and lead generation, ensuring timely execution, tracking and reporting data related to campaign.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eUnderstand and utilize the many Littler marketing tools/technologies to meet strategic goals, and research potential new tools that could boost, improve or make existing efforts more efficient.\u003c/li\u003e
