Job Summary:
The Marketing Campaign Manager leads product launch planning, executes marketing strategies and drives operational efficiencies. They provide leadership and expertise for orchestrating and coordinating product launches with awareness and demand generation campaigns. They work closely with Product Marketing, Brand and Field Marketing leaders to ensure successful launch execution, monitoring and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Helps drive the success of product launches, including content creation, creating compelling awareness campaigns, and other field activities to ensure launch messaging successfully lands in the field with prospects, partners, and sellers.
Takes end-to-end ownership to ensure product launches meet core business KPIs and metrics.
Coordinates campaign timelines and manages expectations throughout delivery
Key participant in regular KPI meetings sharing operational reporting, KPIs, and drives project improvement opportunities
Collaborates with Product Management, Product Marketing and Field Marketing teams, and other related Marketing Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize effectiveness of campaign operations and execution.
Participates in strategic planning meetings and manages resource utilization .
Participates in knowledge sharing across Business Units, Corporate and Field Marketing, and Field Sellers.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8 years of experience in marketing and sales delivery roles within Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, and/or Marketing Operations
Experience working in various Campaign Management Tool(s) including building and executing campaigns of varying complexities
Understanding of leading practices in digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of integrated marketing across the entire prospect and customer lifecycle, and how marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers interact to drive desired business outcomes
Understanding of marketing strategy with background in targeting, segmentation, and campaign analytics/reporting
Strong background in executing digital campaigns, including webinars, digital awareness, and community events. Ideal candidate has driven cradle to grave campaigns from inception to completion, and has seen success meeting both awareness and demand generation targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
Strong leadership skills and an ability to lead across a team of marketing services and campaign execution professionals
Comfortable leading a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership
Experience marketing to IT Professionals
Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment.
