SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE…
Pure Storage is looking for a Partner Program Manager to develop and manage Portworx programs for route to market partners.
The Partner Program Manager is responsible for the development and management of the go to market programs for resellers, distributors, global systems integrators and managed service providers. The successful program manager will work in tandem with cross functional teams including; channel operations, enablement, legal and the global partner organization to successfully integrate, develop, educate and enable partners to successfully increase share of wallet.
They will also collaborate with the Channel and Field Marketing team on programs and events designed to promote Portworx products and drive revenue to Pure through partners.
Create strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of Portworx products within all partner routes to market
Lead the management, and ongoing enhancement of Portworx to the GPO.
Define enablement for Pure sales team, partner account managers and partners on Portworx
Define strategy, programs and demand generation success metrics
Oversee communications, social media & web metrics
Work with marketing to drive programs and events to identify new prospects.
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE
Demonstrated experience developing partner programs & best practices acumen
BA/BA degree in business, marketing or software engineering.
High level consumer of SFDC
Excellent program management ability to documenting progress and communicating result.
Experience in the use of analytics to measure and analyze impact
Ability to manage vendors and 3rd party partners on project
Strong influential and decision-making skill
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Cloud Native industry and open source communities.
Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
