Join us in supporting a billion-dollar brand! We have an opening for a Sr. Product Manager, Myeloid Marketing position. In this role, you will be a key member of the Hematology Marketing team, responsible for key initiatives in the SPRYCEL franchise, which has significant growth potential.
This position will focus on US marketing initiatives that include Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), supporting SPRYCEL.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and implement innovative marketing tools, which would include personal and non-personal solutions to enhance customer engagement.
Understand key market trends and competitive environment to develop market insights critical to product strategy and communication.
Support brand planning for SPRYCEL ensuring alignment across multiple functions including medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, sales operations, market research, legal, regulatory, and other functions.
Support legal/regulatory review process for promotional materials, and coordinate with training team for field deployment
Support efforts to assess and optimize the marketing mix and resource allocation across teams and identify potential synergies and savings.
Optimize opinion leader engagement and planning efforts to gather insights
Manage advertising agency and other vendors to ensure execution towards franchise and hematology objectives.
Deliver tactics to support growth through LOE and execute planning for LCM.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Bachelors degree required
3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience
Ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships and build alignment.
Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers, including ability to work in a co-promote partnership.
Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.
Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.
Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
Oncology therapeutic background with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or sales experience.
MBA preferred.
