What We’re Looking For:
edX seeks an Email Marketing Associate to join our team. Working as part of the Digital Marketing Team, the Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing email and cross-channel marketing campaigns to increase learner and lead enrollment, revenue, and engagement.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
You will own the production and execution of ad-hoc and email marketing newsletter campaigns, as well as reporting on campaigns. As an Email Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing ad-hoc web messaging and push notification campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional groups within the organization.
Produce and deploy email and cross-channel marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and convert learners (email, push, web)
Track performance and report on results on cross channel campaigns
Code emails using the latest HTML templates
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution; collaborate with the Braze support team as needed
Actively learn and apply knowledge of best practices, previous campaign performance, and your own creative ideas to improve list growth and list yield
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Minimum one year of experience producing and executing email marketing campaigns using an ESP, preferably Braze
Familiarity with web page architecture
Experience with cross-channel marketing initiatives (web, push, email)
Experience reporting on campaign performance and deriving insights
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices
Comfortable working autonomously and thinking critically, with a bias toward action
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Fierce problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of HTML or eagerness to learn

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role
is $60,000,
with potential bonus eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
