Description

Humana's Retail Marketing team is looking for a Senior Sales Marketing Professional (Agent Education Marketing) to join working remote anywhere in the US. In this role, you will focus on Agent Education Marketing where you will develop a comprehensive, go-to-market educational marketing plan that drives a best-in-class experience to differentiate Humana among agents as a preferred carrier to enable sales.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Sales Marketing Professional, you will consult on the engagement and educational strategy as well as own the tactical plan for a broad range of agent educational focused online and offline marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and advocacy of Humana's value proposition. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects from consultation on strategy and concept development to completion on initiatives that align with the enterprise marketing objectives and MarketPoint sales priorities. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners as well as leveraging data and insights to drive best-in-class agent engagement experience.

Key Role Functions

Consult on the development of a consistent and comprehensive educational marketing calendar to raise awareness and position Humana as a trusted and valued business partner across sales channels

Develop agent educational marketing campaigns and distribution, across sales channels to engage agents and continue growing and retaining agent base

Develop an internal facing content calendar to inform SMSEs, Broker Relationship Managers, and National Sales directors to increase marketing consistency, engagement, and localized presence

Cross-collaboration between sales channel marketing and other organizational partners to develop a best-in-class content marketing plan

Consult on measurement models and dashboards and drive fulfillment of KPIs and other metrics that track progress towards Humana being an industry leader in agent experience

Collaborate with leaders across functions to gain alignment on content, tactics and shared approaches

Conduct regular focus groups across sales channels to keep a pulse on the needs within these areas of focus

Consult on the development and enhancement of the annual Medicare plan and value prop enhancement document

Subject Matter Expert on Martech platform that drives the agent education experience and leverages the full capabilities of the platform to drive a world class agent education experience

Agency Management

Creative development process management

Campaign budget management

Project management for delivery of agent marketing materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field

Experience in MarketPoint/sales or within a sales organization

5 years of marketing experience

2 years of project leadership experience

Experience influencing cross functional teams to deliver best in class marketing materials

Budget management experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer and experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Prior health insurance industry experience

Additional Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity - Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
