Responsibilities
We are seeking a data-driven, insights driven and digitally minded CRM Marketing Lead to manage our Engagement & Retention Marketing efforts for a key Humana line of business, CenterWell Pharmacy. As the Lead, you will be responsible for go-to-market planning, execution and collaboration across teams of marketing and pharmacy business partners that drives engagement and loyalty of CenterWell Pharmacy customers. You will represent internally as a CenterWell Pharmacy customer and brand ambassador.
Key Role Functions
Deliver go-to-market strategies that support CenterWell Pharmacy engagement and retention objectives and manage these through execution with clear communication on outcomes and progress
Lead ideation, development and implementation of new internal processes to help drive team productivity
Utilize research and consumer insights to create relevant messaging that resonates with pharmacy customers including key segments such as: care givers, and multi-cultural audiences
Support AD Pharmacy Engagement team in the development of customer segmentation insights that can inform key campaigns
Understand competitor/industry dynamics to identify areas of opportunity
Identify target audiences and specific messages, content and tactics
Coordinate and lead end-to-end campaign lifecycle
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure effectiveness of programs and be able to communicate these results across CenterWell Pharmacy and Marketing
Define channel strategies for programs and ensure test & learn plans are in place to evolve campaign effectiveness
Manage all end-to-end research project details including:
Ensure market research design meets business partner needs by providing consultation to partners concerning research best practices, survey design, and sampling methodology
Coordinate and manage internal data collection activities to business partner specifications, on time and on budget
Utilize research findings to develop omni-channel, multi phased marketing and communication strategies
Develop test and learns to optimize research findings
Act as a consultant to pharmacy teams on customer related initiatives, identifying areas of opportunity and gaps in knowledge on customer interaction with the pharmacy
Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate digital capabilities and self-serve with pharmacy customers
Manage several initiatives simultaneously and drive clear prioritization with team, leadership and partners
This role requires knowledge of the overarching pharmacy and insurance business and dual brand strategy and how it supports long-term business growth for Humana as well as comprehension of the CenterWell Brand strategy and the key role that Pharmacy has in the development of a strong payor agnostic brand. The ability to influence internal business discussions and omni-channel campaigns in leveraging the CenterWell Pharmacy brand strategy to drive differentiation and deliver the promise of 'Personalized Pharmacy Care for your best health' is also a must.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8 years of Marketing experience with some combination of digital, database or direct marketing, in metrics driven, customer centric businesses with record of success in driving test & learns to increase efficacy
Pharmacy marketing experience with in-depth understanding of pharmacy customer segments
Experience with launching, rebranding and initial rollout
(year 1-5)
of new brands
Ability to interpret key brand metrics such as NPSr, Brand tracker, customer feedback loops and other insights to increase brand awareness and advocacy
Experience with agile teams and ability to influence others cross-functionally
Aptitude to understand data, define test plans and analyze results, assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions about future marketing activities and investments
Strong project management skills and proven track-record of leading cross-functional and departmental teams in large complex projects and/or key strategic initiatives
In-depth understanding of building brand narratives and using foundational research to support brand growth
Strong strategic, critical thinking and conceptual abilities; capability to lead strategic discussions, and turn those into plans and tactics that are executable and measurable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in synthesizing complex ideas and technologies
Strong facilitation and presentation skills to large groups and all levels of leadership; This role will facilitate and present to HPS Executives/Humana Management Team
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or related master's degree
Familiarity with marketing automation & CRM marketing tools, such as Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
High attention to detail and comfortable working under tight deadlines
Familiar with managing content within highly-regulated environments
Additional Information/Requirements
This role is Work at Home, Hybrid Home or work from office depending on where candidate resides. Candidate must be able to accommodate EST time zone.
Remote Requirements
All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay at the time of posting in New York, New York. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$122,700 - $168,900This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
