Responsibilities
As a new member of the Member Relationship Marketing (MRM) team, the Director of Retail Member Marketing (RMM) will be responsible for driving the evolution of Member Marketing at Humana, focusing on building integrated and orchestrated journeys across multiple lines of business, as well as leading the organizations Digital Transformation. The Director will also be responsible for creating and evolving new retention strategies to drive member renewal and cross sell.
This role will drive marketing transformation by:
Developing a journey strategy for member marketing, which will focus on orchestrating numerous siloed journeys.
Driving business strategy behind the implementation of new martech, processes, and operating models to ensure integrated, omni channel communications.
Developing enterprise views of key planning and tracking items such as marketing calendars and scorecards
Moving the organization toward data / AI driven decisioning for member communications
Partnering closely with our creative, marketing ops, analytics, and technology partners
Leading the Digital Transformation, focusing on better capture, storage, and usage of digital contact information and preferences
Driving improvements in retention through designing strategies to drive engagement and usage of plan features and benefits.
Additionally, this role will have responsibility for innovation across various marketing teams, including the following:
Building cross journey views of member communications for key member segments (eg, DSNP, veterans, etc)
Behavioral economics and consumer research
Building and leading agile marketing capabilities in the pursuit of continuous optimization through rapid experimentation
Creating robust strategies for member cross-sell
Enhancing processes around annual required communications
Required Qualifications:
8 years of technical, marketing, communication or CRM experience
3 years in Marketing Technology (martech)
5 years leading teams of 5 or more FTEs
Experience implementing or working in an agile marketing environment
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Financial Services industry
Progressive experience working in Adobe suite or Sales Force
