Description
The Senior CRM Marketing Professional role requires the ability manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with senior-level leaders, market leaders, and across teams of managers, professionals and analysts. This position will work closely with their leader, and internal business partners to provide trusted counsel on marketing strategy, target audience development and activation strategies and annual planning. This role will develop data-driven strategies to meet business objectives, lead the core team through flawless execution, and measure success, so we can continuously improve our efforts.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Professional, you will:
Creating compelling and strategic marketing plans based on business partner objectives
Drive innovative thinking in highly regulated environment
Develop a working knowledge of the company, its products, the healthcare industry and the regulatory agencies that govern us in order to develop messaging through effective communication channels
Developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing communication plans across digital marketing channels
Acting as a liaison between internal partners and cross-functional marketing partners to develop and activate marketing plans and strategies in support of business priorities
Develop transformative and test & learn initiatives to uncover insights that lead to improved performance
Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals
Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence
Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs
Continuously improve our marketing by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform.
Role Essentials
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in direct response marketing and digital marketing
Demonstrated ability to think strategically with consumer experience design thinking that will achieve business goals
Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting tests, and applying insights to improve performance
Excellent planning and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to implement projects and meet deadlines
Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Clear and concise presentation and written communication skills
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Role Desirables
Master's or other advanced degree
Demonstrated leadership ability
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
