Description

The CenterWell Pharmacy Marketing Team is focused on the well-being of our members, and we believe there's a role for us to play as a well-being partner who will empower customers to live a life that's healthy, active, and rewarding.

In this role, the Senior CRM Marketing Professional will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end execution of GTM research projects and using research insights to develop strong marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

As a Senior CRM Marketing Professional, you will:

Lead customer segmentation and develop go to market strategies

Lead assessment of market, technology, trends, and pharmacy changes relevant to the market and develop appropriate strategic responses

Assist in development of data-driven member engagement strategies and assist in directing multi-channel direct marketing campaign management

Monitor results of test and learns and pivot accordingly with new learnings

Recommend and work with Consumer Insights team to design new customer centric research as necessary

Work in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals

Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence

Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs

Initiate and facilitate cross-functional meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project to various audiences

Monitor progress and performance of the project against the project plan

Continuously improve our marketing by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and partners, delivering high level services including communicating project expectations and ensuring smooth project execution

Plans and recommends engagement strategies for pharmacy customers based on qualitative and/or quantitative analyses of consumer needs

Uses data sources to develop data driven insights into members, their behaviors, buying preferences, and patterns

Manage all end-to-end project level details

Ensures market research design meets business partner needs by providing consultation to partners concerning research best practices, survey design, and sampling methodology.

Coordinating and managing internal data collection activities to business partner specifications, on time and on budget

Uses research findings to develop marketing and communication strategies.

Develop test and learns to optimize research findings

Understands pharmacy organization and department goals and ensures that research activities ladder up to those goals

This will be a heavily cross-functional/cross-org role, requiring close collaboration and leadership across Pharmacy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field

7 years progressive marketing, advertising and/or market research experience

Candidates should appreciate need for consistency with CenterWell Pharmacy brand and value propositions

Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills to effectively collaborate with leadership, staff, and clients

Experience leading Marketing budget management for projects, initiatives, and campaigns

Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Self-confident, motivated professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

Prior Marketing Experience for a Fortune 500 company

Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)

Healthcare, financial services, or insurance experience

Additional Information

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
