Job Summary
This role will help support the Multicultural Brand IMC team with 2023 campaigns focused on Xfinity's new Brand Platform, African American targeted, and LGBTQ Pride campaigns. The person will report to the African American and LGBTQ IMC lead and they will work closely to create briefs, assist with IMC decks and meetings, review creative, assist with budget allocations, and work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver assets as needed. The production of these essential campaigns will occur during the same period (Q1-Q2). The internship is will be a great growth opportunity for the person chosen, as they will learn the ins and outs of creating effective campaigns for diverse audiences that help to affect business goals. The person will develop skills ranging from brief writing, creative storytelling, presentation skills, working with agencies, budget management, and much more.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Drafting creative briefs
Creating presentation decks
Track asset delivery timelines with the AOR
Setting up meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with financial record keeping
Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional requirements:
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree from a college or university
Ability to work 40 hours the entire duration of the program
Authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship in the future
Required skills:
Excellent writing, proofreading, and punctuation skills
Detail-oriented
Interest in Multicultural Marketing
Microsoft Office proficiency
Pay Information:
The range for this role is $18-$20/hour and is based on academic level of achievement and business structure.
Rising Sophomore: $18/hour
Rising Junior: $19/hour
Rising Senior: $20/hour

Base Pay: $18.00
