Responsibilities
The Engagement Marketing Lead will be responsible for pioneering and owning a portfolio of marketing journeys and the results they generate - via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MarTech. You will need to identify and solve for a wide-range of complex use cases, go-to-market challenges, and application dependencies. You will independently lead cross functional initiatives from concept to launch by working with prolific marketers, designers, copywriters, and engineers. In this role you will need or be able to quickly develop an understanding of how traditional mail-order pharmacy distribution and engagements works - including the roles which insurance plans, members, providers, and pharma play in the space. You must be able to generate high-impact ideas, clearly prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business partners to discover communication gaps and pioneer new marketing concepts
Analyze, improve, and/or pivot previously delivered marketing through automation or new ideas
Build detailed requirements and business cases for partners, creative and development teams
Bring your marketing experience to life by leading a creative team from concept to final design
Independently lead change management prior to the launch of any communication
Work with reporting teams to ensure your portfolio of journeys has measured business outcomes
Recommend new ways of leveraging marketing technology to drive efficiency and results - especially via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Commerce, and more
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
7 years of relevant professional experience
2 years of experience leading marketing campaigns and/or using marketing tools
Experience with Marketing Cloud, CRMs, Commerce
Knowledge of and experience in deploying digital products in an agile framework
Health insurance experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in related field
Pharmacy marketing experience
MarTech / similar certifications
Deep-sense and curiosity of marketing, technology, health insurance, and analytics
Track record of being laser focused on customer experience
