The Product Manager leads the development and implementation of marketing programs to position ABRAXANE for success in metastatic Pancreatic Cancer and across the brand. This individual will be responsible for participating and taking lead roles in the tactical execution relating to the professional (HCP) promotional plans for ABRAXANE within the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) oncology portfolio.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure successful and timely execution of marketing brand plans; implementing key promotional tactics to drive the brand strategy and support overall team goals for ABRAXANE

Work effectively and closely with members of the ABRAXANE marketing and oncology matrix team to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the product strategies.

Work collaboratively with medical, legal and promotional compliance team (PACT/PReP) to develop and execute high impact marketing materials

Manage and work with external vendors to create personalized account-based marketing campaigns

Assist with analyzation of market research, data sources, and interaction with key opinion leaders and customer-facing teams to mine customer insights

Support development of brand digital strategy delivering channel insights and tactical recommendation and leading execution of digital brand campaigns, tactics and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact and meet objectives.

Leverage Digital Capabilities, standards and best practices to drive customer engagement for the brand. Examples include and are not limited to web sites, Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs), eMail, Display Ads, Remote Engagement and Search Engine Marketing

Drive salesforce-brand engagement to ensure seamless partnership

Manage internal (home office) and external (field force, etc.) communication strategy and execution (working with strategic partners)

Maintain/develop pancreatic disease expertise

Lead on the relationship with digital agencies/vendors to define and effectively manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

BA/BS required

Successful candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant marketing brand management experience or equivalent.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organization, project management, and prioritization skills.

Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally/matrix.

Experience in managing external resources and partners, including advertising agencies

Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, execute effectively on tactical marketing plans, build alignment, inform, negotiate and collaborate.

Demonstrate initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

Demonstrate strengths across BMS Values and Behaviors

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

MBA preferred

The preferred candidate will have prior experience in hematology/oncology marketing.

US market experience strongly preferred

Digital marketing experience

Sales experience
