The Inclusion & Diversity Brand Platform Manager
uses subject matter expertise and collaboration to help facilitate the elevation, communication, and acceleration of Best Buy’s I&D strategy. This leader will work across the Inclusion & Diversity organization and partner cross-functionally to ensure that the I&D strategy permeates through the organization as we continue to transform our culture and business.
This leader is a steward of the Best Buy I&D brand and key messages. Through strategic insight and proactive gathering of insight and development of KPIs, the Platform and Brand Manager will ensure I&D programming remains relevant, impactful and supports the desired I&D outcomes we are striving to achieve.
Accountable for identifying I&D related stories that elevate and accelerate our I&D strategy
Accountable for developing communication rhythms and strategies in partnership with COPA
Responsible for providing I&D perspective to key COPA and Marketing partners.
Manages I&D digital assets and partners to ensure they are relevant and easily accessible to the team.
Responsible for gathering insight and developing KPIs that measure effectiveness of I&D activities.
Responsible for engaging events team to set up registration for major I&D events

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
5 years of corporate communications experience or equivalent
Experience working on inclusion, diversity, and equity related projects
Recognized as an expert at all levels of the organization and independently represents multiple or highly complex areas of expertise.
