Description

The Humana Wellness Senior Product Marketer is part of our team of Member Engagement Strategists, responsible for leading data driven marketing initiatives to deliver on key member engagement KPIs including member participation, utilization and engagement for Commercial/Employer Group Wellness products. This team member also contributes to Wellness organization goals around NPSt, acquisition and retention through end-to-end strategy, design, development, execution and optimization. Additionally, team member owns development and deployment of monthly and bimonthly newsletters, creation of new and refresh of existing collateral, and leads internal and external creative development for blog posts, website content and social media presence leveraging insights, research and analytics to attain channel and campaign goals.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

Leverage data and reporting to deepen understanding of members and ongoing campaign performance and use to strengthen marketing programs

Lead projects across several creative teams including internal and external relationships

Own social presence for Wellness product; grow audience and track/grow engagement as part of the overall marketing mix

Manage tasks associated with delivering campaigns accurately and on time for assigned communications including:

Leading all internal processes and teams that support campaign execution:

Legal & Compliance Review

IMO

Enterprise Print Management

QA testing

Request tracking links & Vanity URLs

Own optimization for critical marketing strategy including subject line and copy/design optimization and baseline performance trends by campaign type

Develop strong relationships with internal team members in product, partnerships, employer engagement, customer care and data teams

Own development of new marketing materials and website content; update existing website content and collateral as needed (leveraging both internal and external creative development teams)

Seamless execution on team processes to ensure accuracy across all campaigns and marketing materials

Educating internal partners on member engagement impacts

Supplying internal partners with tools needed to support member engagement

Tracking and prioritizing complex projects

Understanding Wellness engagement strategies and how initiatives ladder up to support

Role Essentials

Proven track record in data-driven approach to social media and consumer marketing; proficiency in database marketing techniques and vocabulary.

Experience in growing branded online community engagement.

Confident moving campaigns forward on-time and on-budge after hand-off from campaign owner including incorporating feedback, scheduling and optimization decisions.

Has demonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests, projects and campaigns in queue.

Pursues excellence: Possesses high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Possesses exceptional communication skills - Very high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, business / related field and at least five years' work experience.

Is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Is comfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organization.

Comfortable with change and ambiguity.

Positive attitude and a member-focus; willing to help others.

Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work within short deadlines.

Social media content selection, as well posting and deploying via social media management software (Sprinklr or similar).

Role Desirables

Experience educating consumers on how to build healthy behaviors and behavior change for well-being.

Has interest in the health and wellness industry.

Is self-motivated and takes initiative; proactively finds ways to improve and connect.

Demonstrates ability to produce content that reflects the holistic understanding of Humana Wellness audience and brand.

Ability to understand the program design and elements and which engagement tools/channels are leveraged for each Go365 Employer Group and Medicare member plan design.

Has agency experience.

Experience building creative briefs.

Experience working in project management systems (Workfront).
