Pure Storage’s Digital Demand Center strives to create world-class digital experiences across all of our global web experiences and demand generation activities to help solve the needs of our customers. We are seeking a passionate and creative thinker to help us develop highly strategic and innovative digital experiences that educate and elevate the buyer’s journey.
As the Sr. Webinars Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing our webinar and virtual events strategy, including elevating the customer experience before, during and after the events, defining the multi-channel demand generation plan, defining future capability needs to influence the platform roadmap, and creating a segmentation framework that provides an orchestration point for execution across marketing functions. Since many of these events are critical to a prospective buyer’s engagement with Pure Storage, you will be responsible for ensuring their experience is world-class, cohesive, impactful and communicates Pure’s leadership and value. You will lead a cross-functional effort to identify critical points in the customer journey and build / optimize digital experiences that enhance and accelerate velocity through each stage of the funnel.
Leveraging data insights and engagement metrics with a hyper-focus on driving leads, influencing pipeline and, ultimately, bookings, you will be responsible for some of our most effective content offers across our digital landscape. You will be a key contributor in defining Pure’s digital strategy and persona-driven digital journeys. In collaboration with cross-functional teams (web, integrated marketing, sales, product, etc.) you will develop and continuously iterate innovative and rich digital experiences that reach and inform our target audiences and ideal customer profiles throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Define Pure’s webinar strategy to improve the customer experience while creating deep engagement that accelerates the buying cycle. You will have full responsibility for how these experiences are helping to drive interest/demand for Pure and influencing the pipeline at critical points in the funnel.
Define and orchestrate the demand plan for virtual events and webinars, including coordination of paid media, social, email, integrated programs, field events and brand campaigns.
Responsible end-to-end for defining Pure's global webinar strategy and driving scale with a programmatic approach across our entire portfolio of products and solutions, including: manage our global quarterly webinar calendar, identify and launch enhanced features that create deeper audience engagement, and champion a roster of highly topical themes.
Dive deep into performance metrics to optimize program results and develop a standard set of best practices (based on industry standards), dashboards and performance benchmarks.
Assess and inventory Pure’s existing set of webinars and virtual events and map them to critical points in the customer journey - strategically identifying opportunities to enhance and inform customer experiences and translate into a roadmap for future digital experience capabilities.
Proactively identify and drive webinar creation opportunities across marketing, business units, and sales that drive deeper engagement throughout the sales funnel and customer journey.
In collaboration with key stakeholders, build persona and product/solution driven webinars and virtual events that create new customer experiences opportunities.
Outline the live and on-demand model for promoting webinar content as part of an elevated customer journey.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of webinars and virtual events delivered by marketing and sales. Continuously drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis.
Partner with product and solution marketing teams to build a roadmap of topical themes, speakers, and agendas to support webinar execution across functions.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor’s degree required.
7 years of experience in B2B technology, primarily focused on best-in-class digital marketing programs and experiences.
Experience building compelling B2B digital experiences driving increased brand awareness / share of voice, new customer acquisition engagement and monetization.
Expert knowledge of the B2B marketing funnel and customer acquisition process as well as knowledge of all aspects of website creation and production.
Ability to operate autonomously, thrive in a fast-paced environment and think creatively.
Strong data and analytical skills — using and interpreting data and analytics to quantify and improve marketing results.
Strong project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate strategy and rationale.
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and drive alignment across all stakeholders.

The annual base salary range is: minimum $98,000. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
