Head of Client Marketing and Advocacy

ADP is hiring a Head of Client Marketing and Advocacy for our enterprise business, that targets large organizations with 1,000 employees, and will be responsible for leading client growth and retention marketing strategies. This includes developing, planning, and executing targeted campaigns, events, account-based marketing and advocacy programs that drive awareness, consideration, additional business opportunities, and raving fans from our client-base. Additionally, this role will oversee the marketing strategy and execution of our largest annual client event for our enterprise business. The successful candidate will work closely with various marketing and business unit teams across the organization to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy marketing leader who is results-oriented and hyper focused on the client. The individual needs to be a people leader who not only leads a team of direct reports but can also work across cross-functional and matrixed teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new sales from existing clients, utilizing a mix of campaigns, events, account-based marketing, and advocacy programs.

Collaborate with the prospect marketing team, alliances marketing team, product marketing and marketing teams in other business units to execute events and campaigns effectively.

Partner with the Client Success organization to develop retention and growth initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Lead the planning, development, and execution of our company's largest annual client event for our enterprise business, ensuring that it aligns with overall company goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure that marketing efforts are relevant and effective.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful client marketing and advocacy strategies, including campaigns, events, account-based marketing, and advocacy programs.

Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Experience working across and navigating cross-functional teams to drive results.

Strong leadership skills to influence across organizational lines

Executive presence as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, presentation and process facilitation skills with the ability to present views in a compelling manner

Results-oriented; high sense of urgency and energy.

Role is Hybrid out of ADP office.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is - $109,100 - $221,200 / Year
