The Position

Join the newly formed QuoteWizard CRM team! We are looking for a strategic and driven senior direct marketing specialist who can oversee the direct mail program. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the acquisition direct mail programs, which are the primary marketing source for our internal sales agencies. You will also help create marketing content for other direct channels, such as email and SMS.

This role is an exciting opportunity to flex your direct marketing and vendor management skills in support of ambitious performance goals. You need to be comfortable working with a variety of internal teams and partners. You also need to be willing to wear many hats, including copywriter, project planner, and data processor – just to name a few.

Responsibilities

Work across a variety of marketing channels, with a primary focus on direct mail

Manage the end-to-end process of building and executing direct mail campaigns, vendor selection and management, audience targeting, and scheduling

Work alongside Director of CRM to build direct mail strategy, manage the budget, and forecast performance

Perform in-depth performance analysis to understand the impact of each campaign, working with analytics and sales teams to measure conversion rate, response rate, and ROI

Optimize audiences in partnership with analytics team and sales leadership via testing, audience segmentation, first party and third-party data strategies

Collaborate with CRM teammates on content for direct mail and other direct marketing channels like email and SMS

Help design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that will utilize direct mail channel

Qualifications

BA/BS degree with 2-5 years of experience in direct mail or offline marketing channels

Knowledge of direct mail processes and best practices

Experience managing and building vendor relationships

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work and communicate with ease across the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Very Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Motivated self-starter with a willingness to roll up sleeves
