Description
Humana's Primary Care Organization is looking for a Product Marketing Professional to join the team working anywhere in the US supporting CenterWell Senior Primary Care. In this role you will act as an Account Executive and be responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns and programs. Solid marketing technical mastery, attention to detail, initiative and follow through, working effectively with others and good project management capabilities are critical to meet that responsibility. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive efficient execution of campaigns, and collaborate across teams of marketing managers, consultants and analysts. This role will report to the Product Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
As the Product Marketing Professional for the Primary Care Organization, you will assist in the launch of new markets, new center grand openings and practices attained via mergers & acquisitions. This includes the execution of multi-channel marketing plans, versioning collateral and sales materials for each market, managing the printing and distribution of those materials, supporting grand opening event planning and the deployment of turn-key communications. You will own responsibility for liaising with external vendors and agencies (for example promotional merchandise vendors, print warehouses, brand agencies, event vendors, photography/videography) to ensure that their work meets the organization's strategy and business requirements, deadlines, and budget.
Key Role Functions
Driving the activation of CenterWell Senior Primary Care value story in support of patient acquisition and retention
Executing patient & agent marketing tactics
Working with PCO marketing team to understand business needs based on objectives and then assist in the activating solutions that help to support measurable impacts to their business
Participate in the annual development of marketing plans based on corporate and business objectives
Partner with the PCO marketing team to influence internal and external partners to inform, develop and activate marketing strategies that improve CenterWell Primary Care awareness to drive trust with patients and agents
Working with Primary Care Organization marketing leadership to synthesize disparate marketing requests to drive efficiencies in our processes and spend
Provide direct oversight and relationship management of event vendors in executing primary care patient acquisition events
Serving as a key member on the Primary Care Organization marketing team to shape our team's culture and elevate our team's strategic approach to business questions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
3 years of marketing experience
Knowledge of digital marketing and media marketing
Strong, demonstrated project management and event planning skills
Strong, demonstrated skills working within budgets
Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projects
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership
