Product Marketing Lead (Physician Marketing) (Remote)

Description
Humana's Physician Marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join working remote anywhere in the US. This team is comprised of marketing professionals and leaders who target and support Humana in-network physicians and healthcare providers so they can provide the best care experience to our members, which ultimately, improves health outcomes. To do so, we collaborate with business partners across the company who are invested in the physician audience (i.e. Population Health, Retail, Clinical, Pharmacy and Home Health) to help them achieve their goals by increasing physician engagement as well as creating an optimal physician communication experience.
Responsibilities
The Physician Marketing team's mission is to build awareness among physicians, earn their trust and positively shape their perceptions to view Humana as a care brand. We also strive to increase provider engagement in Humana products, programs and services that support improved health outcomes, cost of care reductions and improved member experience.
As a member of this team, the Product Marketing Lead will develop and direct marketing programs for a significant product or product category that targets the physician and healthcare provider audience. This involves compiling and evaluating research on the market's product requirements and identifying enhancements to current features and functionality. Additionally, this Lead will manage business partner relationships, along with projects and go-to-market campaigns that support the business partners' goals for physician engagement. Projects may include value proposition and strategy development, content creation, digital and social media campaigns, promotional/educational toolkits, internal presentations for executive buy-in, etc.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate across the Physician Marketing team and with business partners to lead integrated marketing strategies, campaigns and projects, including responsibilities in the areas of strategy, project management, campaign messaging, campaign execution and performance monitoring
Research, write, design and edit content and collateral that is effective and appropriate for the physician audience
Arrange for content to be economically published and distributed
Develop deep understanding of target audience; understand emerging trends and competitive environment; contribute innovative ideas for products and marketing solutions to team, as well as innovative ideas for product launches
Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example, media outlets, social media agencies, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies) to ensure that their work meets the organization's requirements, deadlines and budget
Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Establish and track key performance indicators and consistently report outcomes to business partners and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
7 years of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing and media marketing experience
Experience working in the health care industry
Strong, demonstrated project management skills
Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and working within budgets
Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritize a diverse set of projects
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications and Business

Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Travel
Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require up to 25% travel depending on business needs.
