Essential Functions: Assists with coordination of event logistics, including but not limited to materials, freight, and Coordinates hotel room blocks and individual reservations for event attendees, including courses and Coordinates with appropriate teams for delivery of event materials in a timely manner, including literature, display models, A/V, and Inspects and maintains display materials, including equipment, literature and Coordinates materials list for trade shows, courses, and remote Schedules carrier pick-ups to and from Travels to events occasionally. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction ofEducation and Experience: Minimum three (3) years of increasingly responsible professional and administrative experience in marketing, trade shows, event planning, or relatedPay: $23.36-$26.00
