ENSCO, Inc. is looking for a Human Resource & Marketing Intern. This job entails providing a comprehensive administrative support for day- to-day human resources and marketing operations. The Intern will have the opportunity to get hands on experience working with our Corporate Human Resources, Talent Acquisitions, Benefits, and Marketing & Communications teams. Responsibilities include:• Responsibility for Corporate employee files and documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee records. • Assist in scheduling New Hire orientations• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, as needed (this could include filing, office supplies, verification of employment, building new hire/benefit packets, purging I9 records of terminated employees, copying, mailings, etc.)• Complete research projects on HR related topics as assigned• Manage onboarding process including printing forms. • Review and audit employee benefits and program enrollment for our current and new employees• Assist with registration for career fairs and recruiting-related events• Assist with mailings, employee anniversaries, and the ordering of gifts, awards, supplies, etc.• Entering/Managing Purchase Requisitions/Orders• Assist with compiling data reports and HR presentations• Assist with auditing HR files and employment records to ensure compliance• Assist with other HR Special projects, as neededPursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or related field1-3 years related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong understanding of human resources conceptsAbility to be highly organized and have good planning skillsAbility to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeStrong communication and interpersonal skills• Have prior work experience in a human resources or corporate environment• Have a positive attitude and willingness to work with the team to achieve the HR departmental goals#LI-DM1The Human Resources Division contributes to the strategic mission of the company by providing programs and services to increase organizational competitiveness and employee effectiveness and well being.
