Description

This position is for Enclara Pharmacia, a Humana company. Enclara, is a wholly owned hospice and palliative care pharmacy business acquired by Humana in 2021. Enclara is the nation's largest full-service pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) specifically for the hospice and palliative care sectors. Serving over 450 customers and nearly 100,000 patients nationally, Enclara works closely with hospices to reduce pharmacy costs, improve patient care and support caregivers through: digital innovations, flexible medication access, one-on-one clinical support, and excellent customer service.

The Digital Marketing Specialist develops marketing strategies and delivers promotional marketing messages to consumers online with the intent of generating traffic and sales on the organization's e-commerce site through conception, coordination, and control of Internet/Digital Marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure all workflows related to digital marketing campaigns and related reporting are consistent, high-quality and executed on time with outstanding results.

Location: Remote USA with a preference for EST locations

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist plans, develops, and implements internet marketing strategies to align with the overall marketing and communications objectives of the Enclara Pharmacia brand and services online (e.g., email, search engine optimization, social media, digital advertising, ROI, competitive analysis, etc.). Analyzes online traffic analytics and develops actions to improve marketing campaign performance. Identifies online marketing trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance. Develops e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.). Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions based on analytical resources to demonstrate value of campaigns and provides a regular cadence of performance reports. Work is guided by policies and industry standards/best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Preferred focus in Arts or Science with an emphasis in business, marketing, communications, computer science or information technology.

Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including Google Analytics and Google AdWords.

Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation.

Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Problem solving skills - Ability to identify holes in data and provide reporting solutions

Prior digital marketing experience especially in paid search, display, and paid social or related fields preferred.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of digital marketing experience

Prior health insurance industry experience

Prior ad agency experience a plus

Additional Information

COVID 19 Vaccination:

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
