Responsibilities
The Professional 2, Creative Development applies various digital strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. Coordinates an annual review of all web pages and supporting documents with business owners to ensure website accuracy and compliance. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Less than 5 years of technical experience
Demonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests, projects and campaigns in queue
Pursues excellence: Possesses high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organization
Broad knowledge and experience with large databases
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work on a team and individually while being self-motivated
Above average skills in communication, logical thinking, and marketing
Experience with Adobe Campaign or a similar campaign tool
3 or more years of experience in database marketing
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
