Description

The Hive is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the team in Louisville, KY or working remote anywhere in the US. The Hive is Humana's in-house agency, a creative collective built exclusively to support the business and the brand. We are responsible for creative content development across all media and enterprise brand identity management for a diverse portfolio of Humana brands. Our core purpose is to create compelling brand expression and cohesive consumer experiences that enhance brand perception, build trust, and influence choice.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Account Executive

(or internally known as a Senior Professional, Creative Development)

, you will drive enterprise creative and marketing excellence and enhance business value to Humana.

Key Role Functions

Build strong, cross-functional partnerships with the internal agency team, marketing partners and external agencies

Drive creative strategy for marketing multiple lines of business

Oversee campaign strategies and conceptual milestones

Demonstrate and enable collaboration, constructive critique and Agile workflows

Understand the business, industry and competition, leveraging that knowledge to help generate new ideas to strategically grow business and marketing strategy

Ensure work is on-strategy and appropriate for the brand and the business

Consistently collaborate with team members throughout the work process to foster, facilitate and consistently deliver great work that is on strategy, on time and on budget

A successful candidate will be responsive to shifting priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven, team environment, with critical attention to detail. They are an independent self-starter with demonstrated ability to balance the daily demands of inspiring great creative, managing time and negotiating resources.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing field, with a marketing emphasis

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving

Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Travel

Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require limited travel depending on business needs.
