Responsibilities
Humana's Corporate Marketing team is looking for a Senior Strategy & Program Development Professional to join working remote. As a Senior Strategy & Program Development Professional you will develop and lead service strategy initiatives that help to improve overall wellness and health outcomes of members engaged in activities in Humana's Neighborhood Centers. This is a portfolio of more than 50 retail locations where Humana members and other consumers can experience the Humana brand promise in a high-touch, retail setting, to include health education and improvement programs, clinical support, health screenings, customer service support, agent/sales support and peer social engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing, regional Neighborhood Center leadership and other internal partners, and serve in a consultative manner to ensure overall strategic alignment
Leverage data to drive decision making, goal setting and planning
Build playbooks, processes and training materials for consistent and repeatable strategy implementation
Analyze market performance, draw insights and recognize trends
Prepare performance updates and lead cross-functional reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Health, Communications or related field
3-5 years of experience driving marketing strategy in retail health or care space
Experience in community health outreach programs
Demonstrated experience executing on strategy
Proven experience working within a budget, performance monitoring and planning
Successful project management experience
Knowledge of standardized processes within medical center and/or healthcare operations
Ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team
Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively/professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population
Vendor and external partner management
Healthcare experience, including Medicare
Advanced Excel skills
Experience leading associate training
CPR (BLS) Certification
First Aid Training Certification
Covid-19 Vaccine/Testing Requirement
For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
