Description
Humana's Primary Care Organization (PCO) is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional that is experience in social media management and strategy to join the Conviva Marketing team working remote anywhere in the US.
The Primary Care Organization is committed to providing personalized, high-quality senior care and is seeking driven team members who want to be part of the effort. It's taking place at Conviva Care Centers and CenterWell Senior Primary Care facilities, members of PCO, where clinicians address multiple practice patterns and enhanced clinical protocols to drive senior patient care, wellbeing, and longevity.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Digital Marketing Analytics Professional you will develop social media marketing strategies and deliver promotional marketing messages to consumers online with the intent of generating traffic and sales on the organization's consumer facing website.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Oversee day-to-day strategy and management of organic and paid campaigns and ensure brand consistency across two brands
Strategize and facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Work with brand, website, digital campaign teams and agency partners to create and implement monthly social media strategies
Manage budget for paid and/or sponsored posts and posting platforms internally and with external vendor(s)
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
Monitor and regularly report on competitive social media posts
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
Serve as the primary owner of the Primary Care Organization's social media governance policies, providing thoughtful and proactive iteration as the social media landscape continues to evolve
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and others
Partner with marketing team members and internal constituents to develop organic content and testimonials for posting
Eagerly consume the newest social media platforms, capabilities and trends, providing proactive counsel to marketing leadership on best practices to continually raise the bar
Track metrics and KPIs with the ability to prioritize, driving business impact and results

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field
5 years of social media management experience; specifically in leading strategy for multiple brands and leading agency partners/vendors
Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Sprout Social or Sprinklr
Impeccable spelling and grammar
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
Ability to manage and supervise and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once

Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Travel
Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require travel depending on business needs.
