The Community Engagement Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue for Care Delivery clinics through procurement of new patients for the clinics.

Responsibilities

The Community Engagement/Sales Representative interacts with prospective patients to provide an overview of the clinical model of care that we employ within our Care Delivery clinics nationwide. The Community Engagement/Sales Representative executes local community events to promote and sell the Care Delivery clinical care model to prospective patients. The Community Engagement Representative performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Required Qualifications

2 years of outside Sales and Marketing experience

Ability to build community partnerships

Strong entrepreneurial and ambition to meet sales goals and metrics

Technical experience ( MS office )

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma

Prior outside sales and marketing experience, 2 years

Established community partnerships background

Bilingual
