Job Summary
Responsible for executing marketing efforts to gain new customers and maintain current subscriber base. Plans, develops and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing outreach programs. Serves as marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Educates the sales teams on how to engage with and utilize all marketing campaigns efforts created by HQ, West Division and by the region. Creates and implements internal incentives to drive sales efforts that drives revenue growth. Tracks market trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions about performance to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Contributes to the effectiveness of the sales organization through sales enablement initiatives, including driving sales behaviors and the adoption of sales platforms.
Develops sales incentives to achieve business objectives and reports on their results and effectiveness.
Responsible for developing and managing marketing programs across the buyer's journey, with emphasis on top of funnel LeadGen programs.
Collaborates with internal business partners and various sales channels to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals.
Meet regularly with the leaders and teams the role supports.
Tracks and manages marketing expenses to ensure that the department stays within budget parameters.
Researches and reports on our competitors' marketing and business plans, tactics, and strategies.
Manages local promotions and event marketing and educates sales staff on how to participate and utilize said strategies and tasks.
Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed to support marketing goals.
Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback to stakeholders to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.
Analyzes subscriber numbers, packages, and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.
Develops financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market.
Creates reports to measure and communicate success of marketing programs.
Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses, and reports.
Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Pay Range: $92,770.36 - $139,155.54
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
