If so, an exciting opportunity as a CRM Marketing Professional 2 awaits you on Humana's Employer Group Member Marketing team. We are a team of people who are passionate about the consumer experience and know how to roll up our sleeves and dig deep into consumer pain points to develop targeted marketing strategies designed to engage members with their health and their Humana plan. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can join the team and help build out the member-marketing function for the Employer Group segment.
Responsibilities
As a member of this team, you will leverage internal and external research and data to recommend and execute go-to-market strategies to engage commercial members with the products and benefits offered through their Humana plan. In this role, you will be responsible for translating big-picture marketing strategy into tactical marketing plans that drive member engagement with their health. You will have two primary areas of focus: 1) developing tactical, go-to-market plans and 2) owning the end-to-end execution of those plans, including closing the loop by reporting on marketing performance.
Primary Activities
Looking horizontally across products verticals to ensure coordination between marketing campaigns in order to optimize the member experience
Applying a continuous improvement mentality to continuously optimize and enhance campaign performance
Leveraging self-directed research and data analytics to make recommendations regarding targeting, segmentation, channel, and messaging strategies
Partnering closely with the marketing operations area to ensure efficient, high-quality execution of campaigns through Humana's enterprise marketing process
To be successful in this role, outstanding project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, fast-paced projects at once are a must. You will need to be able to make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, with minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
Progressive experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
Familiar with Internet marketing/basic knowledge of web design
Strong writing and communication skills
Possess the ability to write queries, create forms, reports and documents in Access and Excel.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management/workflow management tools such as Workfront and Aprimo
a plus
Prior experience with designing and arranging website content
Prior health insurance industry experience
Prior ad agency experience a plus

Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
Travel
Based on current guidance from the CDC, local and state governments, and Humana leadership related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak have extended travel restrictions until further notice. The policy will be reassessed as the situation warrants. Once these restrictions are lifted this role may require quarterly travel depending on business needs.
