Description
The Associate Director of Digital Engineering is responsible for the Digital interactions between our customers and our Pharmacies. This leader requires an in-depth understanding of how Digital eCommerce capabilities are applied to Pharmacy.
Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Digital Engineering is responsible for the development and quality of eCommerce and Digital capabilities for the Pharmacy segment. They are a key contributor with multiple business stakeholders to the roadmap and future capabilities. This individual will also research complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Own & continuously optimize the site experience on all Pharmacy Storefronts. They will also:
Ensure DTC revenue goals & site KPIs are achieved
Manage & Grow the Pharmacy business from a Digital eCommerce lens
Collaborate with the product, business operations, and other teams on new initiatives, A/B testing, etc. to drive innovation and improve customer & site experience
Own the development, project road map & launches for additional storefronts or experiences
Oversee all new launches on the site to ensure an optimal consumer experience is delivered through a high-quality product
Partner and negotiate with other enterprise and external teams to deliver end-to-end digital capabilities
Alongside our Product, Engineering & Design teams, drive site enhancements & redesign efforts
Manage and grow our relationship with 3rd party eCommerce partners and apps
Required Qualifications
8 years' experience in eCommerce, preferably with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Possess 10 years of progressive experience leading large teams of technology professionals on-shore & off-shore
A technical eCommerce expertise with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Experience managing storefronts driving significant revenue & launching a large volume of new products at a high frequency
Has a pulse on eCommerce best practices, trends & innovation
Highly motivated, self-starting individual that is driven to surpass goals and KPIs
Extremely organized with great attention to detail
Experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment
Ability to work well cross-functionality as this role with touch many different teams
Interfaces with business partners and internal staff, including senior management on a wide variety of technical issues. Uses technical expertise to develop and deliver formal and/or spontaneous presentations to such groups.
Establishes and maintains effective communication about software development requirements, projects, deliverables, and expectations with stakeholders and functional
managers.
Identifies, defines and works to resolve resource conflicts as required to support business priorities.
