The Direct to Customer (D2C) Senior Manager drives the strategic efforts of the D2C initiatives within the assigned a market. The Senior Manager will do this by translating the D2C offerings, pillars, and priorities set for the business. They will collaborate with other Best Buy leadership to educate, strategize, and improve D2C offerings. They also facilitate the customer experience by developing and sharing market intelligence about the preferences and behaviors of the customers within market.

Key Responsibilities
Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
Identifies new ways to develop sales within the market including trade and community partners.
Creates horizontal resources/tools for the premium support function.
Partners with Best Buy’s center of excellence (COE) and corporate staff to provide feedback on strategic initiatives, customer and employee wins, and opportunities.
Provides support by educating, upskilling, and teaching D2C acumen to omnichannel leadership, store, and market leaders.
Reviews sales performance and supports leaders to manage new opportunities by ensuring the right collaboration exists across Best Buy Business to Business (B2B), B2C, retail, and virtual sales environments.
Reviews and analyzes the customer portfolio on a micro and macro level.
Defines customer share and identifies opportunities and ways to drive the change necessary for growth.
Builds and maintains internal and external partnerships in service of our customers and employees.
Basic Qualifications
3 years of Management/Leadership experience in business, military, or related fields
3 years of experience managing and analyzing financial/customer/employee data
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of multi-unit management experience.
Previous experience coaching selling of premium or specialized products with a differentiated value proposition
